On December 15, 2005, Attorney General Gord Mackintosh announced that the Honourable Patrick LeSage, Q.C., former Chief Justice of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice would conduct an inquiry into certain aspects of the trial and conviction of James Driskell for the murder of Perry Dean Harder. 

Hearings were conducted during 2006, and the findings and recommendations of the Inquiry were provided to Attorney General Dave Chomiak on January 30, 2007.  The Inquiry report was released to the public on February 15, 2007.

As the work of the Inquiry is now complete, the administrative offices have been closed.
